Main Street Place has lofts that have been renovated at The Christman
Building at 5th & Main in downtown Joplin, Missouri. We're sure to have several that you'd love
to
move into. We fill lofts on a first-come/first-serve basis, so contact us now even
if your move is a few months away.
Lease rates differ since each loft is unique, but generally rates are:
Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash.
Features: hardwood floors, lots of windows, stainless steel appliances, fully-equipped kitchens, rooftop patio with seating area & gas grill, secured access to building, on-site maintenance.
